I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth services across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. While I offer convenient remote sessions for clients across these states, I also provide in-person sessions in Charlotte.
My path to therapy began in early childhood education, where I saw a clear need for mental health support in the community. This sparked my pursuit of a Master of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I gained diverse experience in foster care, integrated behavioral health, and private practice settings.
I am deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you identify as LGBTQIA+ or an ally, you’ll find a welcoming space in my practice. It’s essential to me that everyone feels respected, understood, and valued, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. Let’s work together to ensure you feel fully supported on your journey towards well-being. I specialize in assisting adults with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, identity issues, life transitions, mood disorders, OCD, parenting, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, and women’s issues.
I believe in creating collaborative relationships with my clients, empowering them to actively participate in shaping their treatment plans and achieving their goals. While the journey towards healing may present its challenges, I am committed to walking alongside my clients every step of the way.
For your convenience, I accept various insurance plans, including:

Prior to scheduling, I recommend consulting with your insurance provider to determine any financial considerations related to therapy.
